As we expand our logistics operations, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented individual to join our team in the position of Logistic and Transport Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations including freight, transportation, and customer service.
• Ensure timely and efficient dispatching and tracking of transport vehicles.
• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of the transport fleet.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on fleet utilization and transport efficiency.
• Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives in logistics operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in logistics and transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian transport regulations and route networks.
• Proficiency in logistics management software is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
