Job Vacancy: Logistics & Export Executive – Addis Ababa

We are looking for a responsible and professional Logistics & Export Executive to join our team in Addis Ababa.
The ideal candidate must have experience in international logistics, be well-organized, reliable, and able to manage both national and international export operations efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate national and international logistics and export operations for processed agricultural products.
• Manage shipping documents, customs procedures, and freight forwarding activities.
• Follow up with suppliers, forwarding agents, transport companies, and government institutions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and processing of export documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
• Support supply chain and warehouse operations when needed.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the management team.

Requirements:

• Preferably female candidates (not mandatory).
• Must reside in Addis Ababa.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, export operations, customs, shipping, or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of national and international logistics procedures and export documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic.
• High level of responsibility, professionalism, and organizational skills.
