About You
Educational Qualification:
- College Diploma/TVET Diploma from recognized Technical School in Utility Maintenance/Carpenter or Related fields
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 6 years relevant work experience as maintenance officer
Other Requirements
- Ability to perform required timely preventive measures for diversified duties, to install & maintain facility’s electrical lights, fittings & equipment
- Maintain pipelines, sinks, toilets fittings & others problems, perform light maintenance work for telephone, network lines, sanitary & telephone appliances, adjustment or replacement
- Ensure upkeep of RESCO facility minor electricity, keep the building in good working order.
- Ability to variety of carpentry works, construct or dismantle wooden frames
- Ability to perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment, facilities & diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test & make adjustment & respond to the breakdown
- Ability to accomplish tasks related to plumbering ,wood work, welding, metal work ,electrical installation ,pipe work etc.
