Purpose of the job

  • To advance and up grading property management & general service to full fill the Company vision efficiently and effectively.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Plan and manage capital, operational, transportation assessment services, and warehouse, management strategy.
  • Supervise, coach and train the respective team members
  • Control the preparation of materials receiving notes and store issue voucher,
  • Preparing purchase requisition for all stock items at re-order level
  • Receiving and recording used and disposable items.
  • Preparing Appropriate policy, Procedures and Guide- Line  for excellent Property handling and following its application,
  • Keeping the Reorder- Level for supplies and timely provision of Purchase request to stakeholders;
  • Checking & receiving,  tagging,  proper custody and   distribution of  items
  • Recording, balancing and  Reconciliation of received and issued items
  • Facilitate periodic inventory counting Collaboration  with Finance and prepare   Timely report;
  • Identify surplus, damaged & obsolete stock items and perform according to the disposal  manual
  • Recording Stock Card and Bill Card of the property based on Price, Category of value(Usage), and Life time
  • Preparing payment documents for supplies Transpiration and follow up of the implementation,
  • Checking and controlling of appropriate utilization of supplies at manufacturing and other project sites;
  • Controlling cost efficiency and users satisfactions of general services performance;
  • Checking of the system of transportation, maintenance and Insurance coverage, general service provision and  property transfer according to the standards and take- correct action if any gap;
  • Coaching and mentoring and as well evaluating the Performance  of the staff under Department, and taking corrective measures amicably;
  • Representing the company to create positive culture with Internal and External Stakeholders regarding property Management.
  • To strictly follow-up company vehicle insurance policy and renewal
  • Performs other related duties as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management with eight years of experience with demonstrated experience or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management with six years of experience with demonstrated experience

  • Ability to coordinate and Managing activities
  • Knowledge in Managing inventory management system
  • Working in teams, cooperation and commitment
  • Self-directed ,work with minimum supervision
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
