The Radisson Blu hotel Addis Ababa is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager. The postholder will be responsible for all marketing and communications throughout the hotel. They will be responsible for all hotel social media accounts. They will be working under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Required qualifications and competencies:
- A degree in Marketing or related fields from a well- recognized university or college
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to assess the market and work to increase the hotel’s share of business
- Excellent IT skills including web design
- Proactive and ability to work under pressure
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- At least five years’ experience in a similar marketing role, experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Proven record of good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
