Redeem the Generation (RtG) is local civil society organization established in 2001 and registered by the agency for civil society organizations with Reg. No. 0826. Its vision is to see a world where everybody’s potential is understood and released to contribute to the reduction of poverty for a better and quality of life in posterity. RtG is committed to working for the empowerment of youth, women, and different community members to release and maximize their potentials through constructive dialogue, capacity building, voicing and providing quality social services, partnership, and networking with relevant stakeholders
Duties and responsibilities
- The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) coordinator will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the Project.
- He/she will develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by the Project.
- He/she will also provide technical assistance to the implementing agencies, particularly in relation to monitoring, reporting and governance issues.
- Coordinate and assist data processing, including data transfer, entry, verification and cleaning
- Coordinate internal communication on M&E progress and results
- Take the lead in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports as needed
- Take the lead in the dissemination of reports or related materials to stakeholders as needed
- Take the lead in the preparation of M&E training materials and in the provision of training as needed
- Assist in promoting collaboration on M&E events and issues with partner organizations and stakeholders
- Other functions as needed

Job Requirements
Qualification and Work Experience
- BA in sociology, demographics, Management, or related fields
- A minimum, of 2 years relevant work experience.
- Computer proficiency MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access;
- Very good written and verbal communication in English & Excellent report writing Skills
