- BA degree in Hotel/Tourism Management or related fields
Work Experience
- 3 years and above on guest service or related positions, out of which 1 year at managerial position
Additional skill & Attribute
- Managerial Skill
- Problem solving skill
- Able to manage auditing duties
- Knowledge of hotel software and audit
- Communication ability in reading and writing English and Amharic
- Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule
- Pro-activeness and analytical ability
- Detail Oriented
