The Role

Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for an Office and Team Administrator to join Pan-Africa Program team, to provide executive support to the Pan-Africa Program Director and the wider PAP team. The post holder will undertake specific projects and demonstrate the ability to manage and develop delegated administrative functions to ensure the effective operation of PAP team and the Oxfam AU liaison office.

Who we’re looking for

Our next Office and Team Administrator will have working knowledge of Amharic language; experience in providing personal assistant support in a similar role; good level of tact and diplomacy and the ability to use appropriate styles and methods of communication to ensure a professional yet personal customer service; practical basic book-keeping and accounts assistance competences; proven administrative experience and excellent organizational skills.
