Our Company Barok Tour and Car Rent engaged in a car rent and tour want competent employees in the  job position of Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing the overall activities of the marketing department of the company.
• Developing marketing strategy for the company in line with company’s objectives.
• Co-coordinating operational activities of the firm in both day to day routines as well as planning a head with other departments.
• Taking care of contractual matters of the firm with allies like clients and venders.
• Managing and follow up of sales call.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
•  Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Follow up of collection from clients and make sure the sales department has requested and collected all outstanding sales.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
•  Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
•  Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
•  Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
•  Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Qualification:

• Diploma or BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administrations, Management or any related field.

Experience:

• At least 5 (Five) years experience in Car Rent and Tour company
