Job Description
– Provide care with knowledge, skill and according to the national and international standard of care.
– Do patient round hourly per the standard.
– Prioritize patient care and provide accordingly.
– Take vital sign according to the routine of the hospital.
– Records/collects patient vital signs and medical information.
– Modifies patient nursing care plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
– Assists with diagnostic tests and interprets results.
– Provides educational, emotional and psychological support to family members.
– Adheres to infection-control protocols.
– Maintains a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
– Prepares pedis and assists with examinations and therapies.
– Educates and instructs patients on home care needs after discharged.
– At each shift exchange do bed side hand over.
– Make all elective surgical patients evaluated by anesthetist.
– Make all surgery patients sign informed consent & understand what is written there.
Job Requirements
- BSC/Diploma in Nursing with license.
- EPI (Immunization) training certificate is mandatory.
- Neonatal resuscitation training and experience is mandatory.
- Certificate on BLS and ACLS training preferable.
- Knowledge in Infusion Pump utilization and calculation.
- Minimum of two years’ experience at neonatal and pediatrics care is mandatory.
- Have good communication skill.
