Position Purpose

The ideal candidate will serve as strategic People & Culture /HR/ partner in enabling the achievement of People and Culture business plan and targets which are aligned with Company’s strategy specific to Factory Operations. The position is a managerial position reporting to Company’s People & Culture Director.

What will you do?

The position holder is generally expected to perform the following core activities but not limited to:

  • Act as a consultant and a first point of contact for factory management as well as for employees and provide guidance on all issues related to human resources.
  • Talent attraction and recruitment for senior and non-senior positions in the respective business unit.
  • Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, address grievances. Conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Execute the performance management process in the respective business unit.
  • Support factory management with implementing P&C policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain the organizational design and manage staffing plan development in line with business unit’s strategy.
  • Support partnership and collaboration with Labor Union.

Who are we looking for?

  • University degree level or equivalent qualification; Preferable HR Qualification.
  • 5 years generalist HR Experience at advisory level.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (verbal and written), MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
