Major Duties /job summary
- Preparing standard report and requests for Pharmaceutical related
- Receiving of commodities according to the documents received
- updating of bin cards
- arranging of commodities based on their categories
- making sure the commodities are stored and issued based on First In and First Out(FIFO) Approach
- Be Active member and Participants in MDT team at DIC level.
- dispensing of commodities and ART drugs with Proper counselling and information
- making on ART patient record
- Make Balance Stock status monthly or as necessary
- recording of expired items and facilitate the its Disposal
- keeping the security and safety of the store
Number of Position: 1(One)
Term of Employment: one year with possible extension based on availability of funds
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Diploma in Pharmacy technician from a recognized institution, Plus COC Certificate.
Required Experience:
- one Year experience in Clinical Pharmacy setting and experience in HIV Prevention and control Project has an Asset
- Recent comprehensive ART training has an advantage
- Computer application skill
- Communications skills
- Fluency in English and local languages
