JOB SUMMARY
Plant manager is involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. PM ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES:
- Ensure that the vision, mission, objectives, strategies and policies set by the company are implemented and complied;
- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
- Develop and implement company annual budget; prudently manages the company resources
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
- Review of overall operations to implement policies, plans, programs and budgets
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
- Legal and statutory compliance to operate the manufacturing operations.
- Working out the human and material resources needed;
- Drafting a timescale for the job
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control program;
- Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
- Ensuring that health, safety and environment guidelines are followed;
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
- Reviewing worker performance;
- Identify training needs.
PROJECTS
- Project execution, scheduling, resourcing and managing quality of project.
- Supervise erection and commissioning activities with coordination with Equipment

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Masters is Business Administration or Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of FMCG industry experience
- Should demonstrate a high level of written and oral communication skills
- Requires experience in factory operation management and planning, execution of new projects
- Certification or experience on EHS and ISO certification
