Job Description
- Control the recruitment and termination of project staff according to the labor proclamation
- Follow up the registration and maintain the proper record of project staff to the Social Security Agency
- Ensure conformity and Control the proper cash flow of the project
- Maintain the proper record of all financial and personnel files, produce the required periodical reports promptly.
- Maintain time sheet and all project staff attendance records and produce accurate monthly payroll.
- Ensure the financial resources allotted to the project are used for the purposes they are deemed to without wastage and vandalism.
- Perform other similar duties as directed by the immediate boss
Job Requirements
- BA Degree in Management or Accounting or Economics
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience preferably in construction projects
- Basic computer application, planning, leading, organizing , record Management and Reporting skill
