Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of a short-term electrical distribution system project. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall planning, team supervision, operations management, reporting, and ensuring quality control. The role also involves direct communication with EEU and coordination across project components.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Project Duration: 4 months
Duty Station: Head Office with regular field visits
Required Number of Positions: Two (2)
Remuneration: As per the organization pay scale plus other applicable staff benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the overall project implementation plan and ensure timely execution.
- Manage day-to-day operations and lead project staff, including field teams.
- Supervise data collection, quality assurance, and documentation activities.
- Ensure adherence to the project timeline and work schedule.
- Oversee quality control and submission of technical and progress reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with EEU and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
- At least three (3) years of experience in project management of similar assignments.
- Proven leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
