Job Summary:
General duties will include typing, filing, faxing, mailing, proofreading, and answering phones. Provide an efficient and friendly first point of contact for all visitors and to provide support to the other members of the company. Be an integrated member of The Office and undertake activities to ensure the efficient smooth running of the office/reception.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in secretarial science, office management, office clerk or related field
- Experience required: 1-3 years as secretary and receptionist preferably in import and export company
- Computer literate: Microsoft office (word & Excel); ability to learn new software
Skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
