The Institute got its name from the Norwegian physician, Gerhard Henrik Armauer Hansen, who first described the leprosy bacillus (Mycobacterium leprae). AHRI is a biomedical research institute that works in developing tools for prevention, control and treatment of mycobacterium and other diseases of public healthy importance through applied and basic biomedical research and training.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Resource Development and Revenue Generation Officer III is being accountable to the Partnership, Planning & Grant Management Director; and perform day to day activities and other related activities.

1.      Aim of job title

·         Preparation of research and strategic programs and projects for resource development and revenue generation.

·         Searching of income generation options and customers and business opportunities.

2.      Job title activities

·         Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

·         Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

·         Ensure resource availability and allocation

·         Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

·         Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

·         Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

·         Report and escalate to management as needed

Required Qualification:

Education:  BA in Finance & Investment, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Financial Management, Accounting, Project Management

Experience: 4 years of experience in resource development and revenue generation, consultation, provide training in business areas, project management, procurement & property administrator, financial management, planning and budget
