Job Summary

Responsible for managing an organization’s pay structure, monitor market conditions to ensure BGI’s pay rates are current and competitive, analyze data on wages and salaries, and evaluate how BGI pay structure compares with that of other companies. The Reward Manager uses this information to maintain or develop pay scales for an organization. It also administers BGI’s employee benefits program, which may include retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies such as health, life, and disability; select benefits vendors and manage enrollment, renewal, and delivery of benefits to BGI’s employees. It also frequently monitors the market trends to ensure that BGI’s programs are current, competitive, and legal.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set the organization’s pay and benefits structure
  • Determine competitive wage rates to develop or modify compensation plans
  • Choose and manage outside partners, such as benefits vendors, insurance brokers, and investment managers
  • Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to the organization’s employees
  • Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with federal and state regulations
  • Prepare a program budget and keep operations within that budget
  • Initiates recognition and reward programs for all the sites

Job Requirements

Requirements and Required Experiences

  •  Proven experience as a Benefits and Compensation or Reward Manager in a similar industry
  • Expertise in benefits and compensation in multinational settings
  • Has an experience working with compensation and benefit consultancy companies
  • Strong numerical and advanced analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills

Educational Qualifications

  •  BA in HR Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
