Responsibilities
1． Support to get ROW in the related region in time
2． Handle disputes caused by ROW issues during construction to ensure smooth construction.
Professional knowledge:
1． Have ROW（right of way ）acquisition experience of telecommunication engineering，have a case of supporting ET, EEP, EEU, water companies to get approvals successfully
2． Know ROW procedure clearly，including key department，SLA，document required，expense，etc
3． Have a background in government is preferred ，especially in ECA, AACRA，or other departments which in ROW procedures
4． Good communication skills，English can be used for working

2.Strong teamwork ability, strong pressure resistance, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
