The company is an engineering services and equipment provider established to serve the local market. Partnered with leading suppliers in Tier One Drilling, crushing Equipment and Spare Part with OEM distribution agreements in place. The organization is well established and has a number of machines operating in Ethiopia and the region.
In order to boost our presence and customer support in Ethiopia, we are recruiting a sales engineers with experience of drilling and crushing equipment to be based in Addis Ababa, but visiting client sites as required. Work will include training on the job with international sales representatives.

Tasks and work description
- Provide sales support to customers
- Develop trusted customer relationships
- Identify selling opportunities with direct interaction with clients
- Reviewing and processing tending submissions
- Understanding technical specification of equipment
Job Requirements
Experience
- Previous experience in selling major construction equipment
- Significant understanding of client needs with mining, construction and crushing
- Technical understanding
- Develop relationship with client – current and future prospects
- Participation on site visits for mining and construction customers
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales for construction equipment
- Proven track records
- Relationship with major clients
- Written and spoken English has to be a good standard
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
