Job Summary

Our company is looking to hire a sales and Marketing Manager. The Sales and marketing Managers oversees Alvima sales and marketing programs and develops sales and marketing strategic objectives. The sales and Marketing Manger should have a successful previous experience in leading sales and marketing function of FMCG, and having experience in food manufacturing company is an advantage. He/she should be experienced in establishing sales targets, quotas and territories, managing budget, launching new products, and developing marketing programs such as advertising, brand promotion and targeted campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the daily deployment and management of sales and marketing personnel.

The he/she ensures consistent profitable sales and brand recognition through active planning and identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to achieve both short term and long term sales goals.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and brands.
• Manage sales and marketing channels and drive revenue growth across multiple channels
• Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.

• The candidate should be holder of minimum BA degree in Marketing or Management or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience out of which at least 2 years in sales and marketing supervisory position.
• The candidate should be fluent in English be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing technique.
