Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the existing agent network from the sister company to maximize sales potential.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and partnerships within the B2B sector.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experience between physical and digital channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, adjusting strategies for competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and deliver key reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing spends to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Mentor, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

About You

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in sales and marketing management in a B2B commerce environment.
  • Proven experience managing a sales and marketing team with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with both physical retail environments and e-commerce sales dynamics.
  • Strong analytic skills to process complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
