Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive B2B sales, leveraging both physical outlets and the e-commerce platform.
- Lead and manage the existing agent network from the sister company to maximize sales potential.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and partnerships within the B2B sector.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experience between physical and digital channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, adjusting strategies for competitive advantage.
- Prepare and deliver key reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing spends to achieve maximum ROI.
- Mentor, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
About You
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in sales and marketing management in a B2B commerce environment.
- Proven experience managing a sales and marketing team with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with both physical retail environments and e-commerce sales dynamics.
- Strong analytic skills to process complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
