Under general supervision of Marketing and Sales Manager, Sales Representative’s main responsibilities are serving clients by selling pharmaceutical products and meeting their needs.

  • Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products
  • Liaise with and persuade targeted customers to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Provide product information and deliver product samples
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
  • Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
  • Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making process
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data.
  • Experience in Import and Export lines of business is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues with external and internal customers with Committed and result oriented work ethics.
  • Undertake other duties which are appropriate to the level of the position, as directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Familiar with Standard operating procedures development and utilization and training on quality management system is advantageous

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy.
  • Formal training in marketing, sales, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative or similar.
  • Proven record of leading sales campaigns and facilitating profitability.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Goal-oriented, committed, and relentless approach to work.
  • Interested in understanding and sharing medical innovations

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

He/ she need to have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Target driven and able to work independently
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Proficiency in English is preferable
  • Good reporting skill
  • analytical and problem-solving ability
  • passion to proactively provide a high standard of customer service
