About the Job

Purpose

Creative Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive conversions.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create engaging digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, website, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
  • Develop high-quality content including blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
  • Ensure all content is optimized and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor interactions, and respond to audience inquiries.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools.
  • Prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Research competitors and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Partner with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized projects.

 

  • Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Continuously suggestion & insight to refine strategies based on data-driven insight

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role; experience in creative roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with best practices and analytics tools.
