Responsibilities
- Handle export documentation & shipment
- Deal & follow up all steps and procedure of export & import
- Verify & maintain record of incoming & outgoing goods, prepare goods for dispatch, arrange clearance & collection of imported cargo from customs
- Follow up on a daily activity regarding export booking, documentations, permit, packing list, invoicing as well as customs declarations are organized well
- Handles documentation in a traceable way

Minimum Qualification
- BA degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any business-related fields.
Work Experience
- 4 years of direct work experience in export documentation, of which 2 years as senior position

- Excellent communication skill
- Very good English language skill & Computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal skill
