Job summary

The Senior Heavy truck mechanic, under the overall leadership of the Head, is responsible for the operational duties of the team is responsible to perform all required mechanical, planned & corrective maintenance of Transport vehicles, and company owned vehicles and manage battery charging operations of vehicles.

Duty station: The position is based in Addis Ababa. Occasional travel may be required.

Educational requirements

• MSc//BSc/ Diploma / Level 4 in Auto mechanics

Relevant work experience

• 4/6/8 years’ in Auto maintenance related activities, etc. in large entities with transport, and trading sector involvement is advantageous. Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing maintenance/ auto manuals, systems, policies and standards is a benefit

Desired training

• Maintenance management tools like systems, software, etc.
