JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible  to identify financial,administrative and operatioanal risk areas,review and appraise internal control system within the company to give reasonable assurance on adherenace to acceptable standards,policies,procedure,and legal requirments. She/he also discloses problems and suggests applicable solutions for exceptions and problems disclosed.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  •  BA degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields;
  •  Minimum of 6 years’ experience preferably in real estate or construction sector;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

  • Good planning, organizing, analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills;
  • Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively with others at all levels.
  • High level of confidentiality & integrity.
