Essential Function
- Design and establishment of a rigorous employee Performance Management system framework for the bank;
- Facilitate the line of sight; the objective setting process and the preparation of Operationalization document for all objectives across work units;
- Support and advise the all departments in coordinating all performance management activities;
- Work with work units to set Goals& Targets;
- Trains performance managers

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as PMS & Succession officer or related experience.
