We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organised, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate spa team members
- Develop and implement spa promotions and wellness programs
About You
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa supervisory or managerial role in star-rated hotel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and products
- Excellent customer service and team management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of spa management software is a plus
