Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and principled mid-level Supply Chain Operations Supervisor with broad experience in procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations. Recognized for integrity, ethical decision-making, and a solid grasp of Incoterms and international payment terms to ensure compliance in global trade. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing inventory and distribution processes. Currently advancing toward full end-to-end supply chain integration, with a proactive approach and strong commitment to continuous improvement. Known for attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments, with a clear focus on improving efficiency, reducing risk, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Oversee purchasing activities and ensure timely sourcing of goods and services.
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance and relationships.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.
• Apply knowledge of Incoterms and payment terms to negotiate favorable and compliant contracts.

Logistics & Transportation

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor transportation costs and optimize shipping routes.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Resolve logistics issues and delays proactively.

Warehouse Management

• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, Picking, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with finance, sales, and production teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Support demand planning and forecasting efforts.
• Assist in ERP or supply chain system updates and data accuracy.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for procurement, shipping, inventory, and vendor transactions.
• Ensure all documents align with Incoterms, payment terms, and international trade regulations.
• Review shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of loading, certificates of origin) and ensure the documents are aligned with the LC/CAD terms policy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing complete and organized records.

Team Supervision & Development

• Lead and support warehouse and logistics staff.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
• Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Desirable Professional certifications

• CSCP – Certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS)
• CIPS – Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply
• CLTD – Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution
• Training or coursework in Incoterms, international trade, or procurement practices is a plus

Experience

• Mid-level experience in supply chain functions such as procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory control, vendor coordination, and shipment tracking.
• Exposure to international trade practices, including customs clearance and freight forwarding.
• Experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems (e.g Manpro, Microsoft Dynamics)
