Essential Function
- Prepares vacancy announcement;
- Facilitate pre-employment activities;
- Prepare Bio-data of internal/external vacancy applicants for further recruitment process;
- Processes and handles recruitment of new employees in accordance with the existing
- procedure of the bank;
- Prepare Acceptance letters, Employment letter and related correspondences;
- Create personnel files and Keep them in their proper arrangements;
- Search, receives and forward personal files and records to supervisor and authorized staff;
Place of Work: Head Office(Addis Ababa)
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields
Experience
- 3 years of experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Junior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding office or related experience.
