The Project’s Year II Documentation Activities

SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) is the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to enter an agreement with consultant that undertakes documentation of videos/photos and success stories from the field and develop other related communication products.
Therefore, interested firms/ companies that have experience in the sector are invited to submit their proposal to provide the requested service. The detail criteria are included in the TOR.
Guidance on submission of Proposals:
The following instructions need to be followed when submitting proposals:
- Clearly establish an understanding of the services required and separate out activities according to the TOR.
- Documents showing a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in photography, videography, graphic design and video editing must be presented. Including proven experience of having undertaken similar assignments for similar international organizations.
- Financial proposal broken down by activities/deliverables, and technical proposal, both submitted within the stated deadline.
- Sample of past work: applicants are requested to submit links of developed audio-visual to demonstrate the experiences required by this Terms of Reference.
- The Supplier confirms it is fully qualified, licenses and registered to trade with Save the Children. This includes the bidder submitting the following requirements:
- Legitimate business address,
- Tax registration number &
- renewed business license.
- All other technical documents requested in the TOR.

- Both technical and financial proposals must be submitted in a hardcopy format in person to the address specified below. the “bidders’ name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. The tender must be submitted to SCI till August 7, 2024.
Save the Children Procurement Committee will open tender responses on August 8, 2024.
SCI reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial, or in its entirety.
