- Integrate the effort of the trade market representative to conduct study for preparing improved route plan initiative which will provide the share company efficient and effective outlet for its products;
- Create fertile ground which enables to implement the area sales and distribution plan as per the route plan, on each outlet;
- Supervise trade marketing activities in their assigned geographic area to ascertain the company strategies, plan and programs are executed as of the plan of arrangement ;
- Coordinates the day to day activities of trade market representatives, to reach all consumers at each outlet through integrated effort by minimize costs and improve sales and availability of NTE brands;
- Support and advice the trade market representative for forging and strengthening improving business like relation with trade partners’;
- Verify and assure that wholesalers are satisfying the market with their distribution, price and availability;
- Follow the trade marketing activity to increase NTE brand visibility and shelf coverage at each outlet retailers and effectively distribution of giveaway material as the of the plan and at targeted area;
- Monitor wholesales, retails and customer relations and implement retail and wholesale customer care management programs;
- Maintaining existing systems, creating of new systems and developing knowledge of the market;
- Verify the data collection process and the reliability of the data, and after summarizing pass the data to the concerned body on time;
- Participate on secretly collection on information on contraband cigarette availability, source, stock amount, location and price, and secretly pass the information to the concerned body;
- Assess potential market area for the existing and new brands;
- Verify wholesalers and retailers are doing business as per the country law, rules and regulation and their contract of agreement with NTE;
- Develop commercial relationships with priority customers (Top wholesalers/ Retailers) within the target visited retail outlet universe;
- Follow up the efficient and effective usage of the allocated budget to the activity of the trade marketing activities in his/her area;
- Create efficient and effective team work among trade marketing representatives;
- Control receive , handle and use of company resources by trade marketing representative and take measure on any abuse and careless handling;
- Prepare and submit periodic reports and at demand ;
- BA degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration.
- 4 Years in Trade market
- 3rd Grade Driving License.
- Fluency in English & Regional Languages
- 2 (Two)
