Educational Background
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Hotel Management or related field
Work Experience
- minimum 4 years Hotel Training and Operational experience

- Strong managerial experience and qualities
- Strong coaching/mentoring/training skill
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong public relations skills
- Fluent speaking and writing skills of foreign language (minimum fluent in the English language
- Problem-solving skills
- Pleasing personality and positive attitude, and passion to solve problems.
- Willing to constantly travel to properties
