Purpose of the job description: Responsible to collect and process transport related documents and record FOs

Key Objectives of the Job Position

  • Collect transport related document from drivers and prepare for payment request.
  • Prepare and settle drivers per dime, allowance, fuel and other trip costs
  • Record all operations, fills on daily follow up sheet, record on job coting sheet and other internal recording
  • Watches and follow ups dispatching time and producers apart from collecting cargo delivery documents from drivers, cheek reconciliation and submit reports

Job Requirements

Educational Requirement

  • BA in management, Accounting, or related field of study.

Minimum Work experience

  • BA 2 years relevant work experience

Additional Skills

  • Must be Excellent in documentation and reporting
  • Must be good computer knowledge in Microsoft office application (Ms word, Excel powerpoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Must be a self-starter and internally driven to success and hard work
