Our goal is to market a sustainable healthy food source to all people in our community. Our company is looking for two Vise Farm Managers by the following requirements.

Major duties & responsibilities:
- Responsible of every managerial duties in the farm under the farm manager which includes:
- Participating in overall annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly planning of the farm;
- Daily follow up on the execution of the plan;
- Employee follow up and management;
- Report compiling and submission per required time line;
- Dispute management ;
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholders of the farm;
- Action/Practical/ oriented person;
- Problem solving ability;
- Responsiveness and other related managerial tasks ;
Job Requirements
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- BA degree in General Agriculture, agricultural Management, Poultry and/or any other related agricultural education.
EXPERIENCE
- Two and above years of relevant related experience on Poultry Agriculture, Management and related works.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent planning, organizational skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills;
