We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing storage, coordinating shipments, ensuring workplace safety, and leading a team to maximize efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in logistics, and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse procedures to improve workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all warehouse operations.

Inventory Control & Logistics:

  • Oversee stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Maintain proper documentation of goods received and dispatched.
  • Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
  • Assign tasks and monitor staff productivity.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability.

Equipment & Facility Management:

  • Ensure warehouse equipment and machinery are well-maintained and in good working condition.
  • Optimize storage space and warehouse layout for operational efficiency.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures in the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Address any warehouse-related issues, such as accidents or damages.

Salary: Negotiable

About You

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse and inventory manage or a similar role in FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software (Plus).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis for inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in implementing automation and process improvement strategies.
