OUR PLEDGE:
We, the staff of St. Paul’s Millennium Medical College, will treat with respect and humility, all patients who come to the hospital as inpatients or outpatient visitors and all clients who come seeking emergency care.
We will do everything in our power to make sure our clients receive all the necessary care and treatment they need.
If clients have complaints on our service provision, we will handle the problems immediately. We are fully accountable to the services we offer. We will offer our services without partiality.
We will train our medical students to do their jobs within the ethical boundary of the profession. We will work so that they serve the community with respect and diligence.
Our purpose is to produce medical students who put the clients first. This is our pledge.
