Rimon was established in 2005 EC or 2013 GC. The company was formed as a private limited company organization. With the visionary aim of taking Rimon to a greater level, the company was established as family business.
Rimon was established with a capital of ETB 300,000 /USD 10,000/. The main business focus, back when it was established revolved around exporting of livestock and grown to a business with capital of ETB 24 million /USD 800,000/. The number of employees, office facility, asset, good will and brand equity has grown tremendously as well. Statistically the above has grown by nearly 300% since its establishment back in 2005 EC or 2013 GC. The annual turnover of Rimon has grown from ETB 31,420,560.40 million /USD 500,000/ to ETB 316,734,951 million /USD 10 million/ in six years period of time. Rimon exports its products to countries like KSA /Kingdom of Saudi Arabia/, Yemen and Egypt.
