About the Role:- We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Project IT Officer (CPITO) to provide dedicated follow-up and technical oversight for our ongoing enterprise-wide ERP implementation project. In this role, you will work closely with our Corporate IT Department to continuously track, review, and evaluate ongoing ERP steps—ensuring seamless technical alignment, strict quality control, and successful milestone delivery.

Role Purpose:- The Chief Project IT Officer (CPITO) provides executive technical leadership and day-to-day oversight for the Group’s enterprise-wide ERP implementation and broader digital transformation roadmap. • Corporate IT Collaboration: Partner directly with the Corporate IT Department to review ongoing ERP workflows, system configurations, and integration steps, ensuring full compatibility with existing corporate infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project delays, implementation gaps, and technical risks early, driving timely escalation and corrective actions.
  • Vendor & Milestone Tracking: Monitor ERP implementation partner performance, evaluate deliverables, review technical proposals, and ensure accountability against agreed service levels.
  • Testing & Go-Live Readiness: Oversee system testing (UAT, integration, performance, security) and track go-live readiness assessments to ensure a smooth transition into standard operations.
  • Platform Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration, customization, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing optimization of the Group’s ERP platform, ensuring it meets approved business requirements and standardizes processes across departments.
  • Data Migration & Quality Assurance: Supervise system integration, data migration, master-data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, migration sign-off, and defect tracking/resolution.
  • Value & Customization Governance: Ensure that ERP implementation decisions are driven by business value, process standardization, maintainability, and total cost of ownership while minimizing unnecessary customization.
