Registration of Suppliers for Future Procurement Requirements of Gift Real Estate PLC.
- Background & Introduction
Gift Real Estate PLC invites qualified and experienced suppliers to register in its Supplier Database Pool for the supply of construction materials, building finishes, electrical and plumbing materials, equipment, and other goods required for its ongoing and upcoming real estate development projects.
2. Purpose of this EOI
The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to identify and register reliable suppliers with the capacity to provide quality products at competitive prices and within the required delivery schedules.
Registered and qualified suppliers may be invited to participate in future procurement opportunities and requests for quotations (RFQs).
- Supplier Categories – Interested suppliers are invited to register under the following categories:
- Construction Materials: Cement, reinforcement bars, aggregates, concrete, blocks.
- Finishing Materials: Tiles, marble, granite, paint, gypsum, aluminum, doors & window,
- Electrical Materials: Cables, wires, lighting fixtures, switches, and electrical accessories.
- Plumbing & Sanitary Materials: Pipes, fittings, water tanks, pumps, and sanitary
- Mechanical Materials: Generators, elevators, and firefighting equipment.
- Equipment & Tools: Construction machinery, scaffolding, formwork, and power tools.
- Office & General Supplies: Furniture, stationery, IT equipment, and consumables.
3. General Requirements & Eligibility Interested suppliers are required to submit:
- Valid Trade License and relevant business registration documents.
- TIN and VAT Registration Certificates, where applicable.
- Company Profile and product catalogue.
- Relevant supply experience and client references, where available.
- Manufacturer or authorized distributor certificates, where applicable.
- Contact details and information on supply and delivery capacity.
