About the Job
The MCP Coordinator is responsible to secure and expand a stable source of raw milk supply as set quality standard at market price.
- Identify and recommends the strategy of Dairy Development Program (DDP) for Holland Dairy in terms of Milk collection and coordination activities
- Day to day sub coordinates with the operation quality control for raw milk quality and analysis at Bekoji MCP’s
- Secures the source for raw milk supply to be in accordance with the regulations and procedures as companies’ standard
- Manage the relationship with local authorities (in particular with reference to animal health and dairy extension developments)
- Develop extension requirements and services
- Manage husbandry extension activities to dairy farmers
About You
- BSc in Animal Science, Plant Science, Agriculture or related fields.
- Minimum of Five (5) Years relevant experience
- Fluent communication skill in Oromiffa, Amharic and English (mandatory)
- Energetic and passionate to learn more
- Good in building and maintain relation with farmers and other
- Excellent negotiation skill
