Under the supervision of the Program Director the Project Manager provides practical operational and clinical guidance on the Towards Universal Access to Reproductive Health service Project of FGAE to be implemented in Project Area. He/She is responsible for Planning, coordinating implementation and Monitoring of the project. He/She is accountable for Outcomes-increasing the uptake of culturally accepted and appropriate Reproductive Health service and Right for women and youth; improving community attitude to Reproductive Health service needs of women and youth; empowerment of women and Girls to make Health choices and access to Services; and, enhancing accountability and responsiveness of service providers to communities and Women in the Universal Access to Reproductive Health service project in accordance with international best practices. He/She adopts international best practices to the local context. The Project Manager provides strategic support to integrate Reproductive Health services with other SRH services at project site clinics and Youth Centers. The Project Manager contributes to the training of Capacity Building of service providers and shall work closely with the Clinical Services Director other Departments and the donor (UNFPA) to ensure harmonization of implementation efforts. He/She is also expected to ensure timely and cost-effective program implementation and reporting.
Education:MPH/MSc/MA in Public Health, Demography, Health Economics, Sociology, Population Study and related studies
Work Experience: 5 years of expereince, of which must have a minimum three /3/ years related experience after Master degree ,shall posses progressive experience project management within NGO and or public health sector (agencies implementing donor funded Programs/projects).
