Job Requirements
BS degree in culinary science or Vocational Diploma or certificate in related field of study. COC (Certification of Occupational Competency) Certificate(Level VI & above) is a must Minimum 2 years experience in the same role/ minimum 4 years’ experience as sous chef 4*/5* international hotels chain . HACCP – basic & Food Hygiene – basic Basic – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint) Knowledge of F&B control systems is required |
