Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning
• Preparing Project Proposals
• Plan and manage project schedules
• Managing Project & Co-coordinating Project Team
• Perform Administrative tasks according to the instructions of the Project Managers and ensure smooth communication between all relevant parties
• Liaison with client
•  Prepare a report and present it

Qualification

• MSc in Construction Technology & Management/MBA in Business Management/Project Management or related field,
• BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management

OR

• MBA in Business Management/Project Management or related field BA in Business Management/Economics.

Work Experience

• 4-6 years general experience out of which 2 years’ related experience in Consultancy or Research. (Participation in project research is mandatory).

Requirement

• Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, exceptional communication and team collaboration skill.
