Job Description
This is a Full Time on Site Role for a Human Resources Manager at Saint Gabriel General Hospital Located in Addis Ababa. The Human Resources Manager Will be Responsible for Managing The Hospital’s Personnel Including but Not Limited to Hiring, on Boarding, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation, and Benefits Administration. They Will Work Collaboratively With Other Department Heads to Promote a Positive and Productive Work Environment for All Employees.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and Above in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Five or More years of proven Experience as an HR Manager or another HR Executive Role.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian Employment Law and Regulations.
- Experience with HR Software and Systems.
- Excellent People and Conflict Resolution Skills.
- Effective Communication, Negotiation and Decision-Making Skills.
- Ability to Think Strategically and Develop Policies and Procedures.
- Strong Organization and Project Management Skills.
- Ability To Multitask and Meet Deadlines.
