Job Description
The BTL Manager is responsible to develop and set BTL strategy and operations. Manage and develop of projects- in-store activities, events, market activation, visibility work, roadshows. Develop campaign that will create an impact on sales and visibility coverage.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing, and promoting yearly marketing strategy
- Planning & managing ground activation & promotions
- Supervise and coordinate events along with event team
- Lead the execution of projects and ensured the implementation and delivery
- Prepare and execute in store campaign ideas
- Manage the overall activity of BTL agency from start till end
- Leading and developing the BTL team
- Budget planning and reporting evaluations
- Responsible for setting up of strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of BTL campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
· Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance and improving future BTL initiatives.
Job Requirements
Education:- BA in marketing Management or related field of study
Experience :- 4 years’ experience for in Marketing/Sales positions out of which the 1 year must be in managerial /Supervisory position.
