Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize company performance and achieve business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with telecom operators, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote business growth and enhance service quality.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to operational teams, leveraging four years of experience in operations management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and achievement of operational targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and market changes to identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Prepare regular operational reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams, effectively communicating objectives, goals, and expectations.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering,Mechanical engineering, civil engineering Computer & related business administration, or operations management, A master’s degree would be a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, At least four years of experience in operations management, demonstrating a track record of successful leadership & achieving operational objectives.
- Strong Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, energy systems,& related technologies.
- Proven leadership & people management skills, with the ability to inspire & motivate teams.
- Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
