Job Summary
As a Hotel Cost Controller, you will oversee the hotel’s expenses, monitor costs, and ensure accurate financial management to maximize profitability. The role involves managing budgets, analyzing expenses, and working closely with department heads to ensure cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and control all hotel expenditures.
- Prepare and maintain detailed cost control reports.
- Collaborate with purchasing and accounting teams to ensure cost accuracy.
- Analyze F&B (Food and Beverage) costs, including kitchen, bar, and restaurant operations.
- Track inventory levels and variances in relation to actual consumption.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies across all hotel departments.
- Work closely with department heads to maintain budget discipline.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Provide financial insights for operational decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

About You
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, particularly F&B.
- Proficiency in cost control software and accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
