The National Sales Manager at East Africa National Distribution SC.is responsible for driving the company’s sales performance within the domestic market. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s goals, managing regional sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. About You
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Sales Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets in the domestic market.
- Proven experience in managing large sales teams and complex sales operations, preferably in the cement, construction materials, or related industries.
